I recently discovered that I have been issued a 14-day ban. However, upon reviewing the game’s rules, particularly "Event Rule 1.3," it is clearly stated that the penalty for this violation is a 120-minute jail time, not a ban. Despite this, Freija Jinn has decided to impose a 14-day ban on my account.I believe this action is disproportionate and inconsistent with the stated rules. Therefore, I kindly request that my ban be lifted and my account reinstated as soon as possible.
