Who said about CL ? They left an RP situation. Plain and simple.

General rule 6.2 is CL you dope... They crashed and you sat in your car and asked them to get out. Ydidnt bother getting out of your car to speak to them... No rp situation there since you stayed station in the car instead of actually getting out and speaking to them.... plus reason for pulling them over... your lights was on way before you tried pursuing and didnt even see no speeding there mate... Give your head a wobble mate seems like you need to report interaction you never had lol
