Hello Lebron,
So over a year ago now I was blacklisted from leadership. I know I failed 2 terms as leader my first being because of Conflict inside of my org, I get the reason not trying to argue it. My second leadership was because of inactivity plus me taking an loa 2 times in my term. The first loa was because my pc was broken, the second is because I had some family trouble going on. I know I wasn't mature enough to lead those orgs at that time and I still did, but now I feel like I can be capable of leading an organization and of making sure it runs good. I have been in multiple terms where I have been deputy, Sam Hills SAHP terms, Anvy Verlice SAHP term, Abood Ryu SAHP term and now Nateq Blakley's Government term I am currently deputy. I just want one more chance at being leader, I feel like I have matured enough to become a leader again and I believe that I can find the right people to help me lead an organization.
