idk why this is considered a cr , i was very careful not to him him , my intentions was to block to road not cr , also the guy was moving trying to go out from the situation , he was the one hitting my car .

You rammed his car three times+? Car Ramming is Car Ramming no matter the intentions. You want to "block him", use RP items like Engine Blockers, etc.

You're capable of excellent roleplay, and you used the engine blocker just as I described earlier. Unfortunately, this submission is past the 48-hour window, but you showed you can block players without Car Ramming. And your punishment is/was only 90 minutes jail.
