Life story: Pappito was a lost boy on the streets finding a place to live in, He then met up with some gang members that were passing by one night a took him in as one of them to help him get off the streets. The gang started teaching him about robing and breaking legs to make some money, so he started that life to make a living for himself but after 2 years of doing that he then was at a good spot where he didn't want pursue that life anymore so he decide to leave but the gang was not happy about it because he didn't show respect and appreciation for them when they first found him when he was just a lost boy on the street. The Gang gave him a deal if he paid them 5,000,000 in cash then he could leave with no harm, so he decide to pay them and live a free life of not looking over his shoulder from be chased by other gangs, He was able to pay half of the money but he still owes them the other half so they told him if you ever miss a payment we will be coming for you. He started working a 9-5 at a risky drug store it was making him good money so he didn't care about the consequences if anything were to happen but one day he woke up and went to work and in the middle of his shift the FBI raided the store and took him and gave him 2 options weather he wants to continue that life or be one of them, so he decided to join and live a better life not looking over his shoulder every day he wakes up.
Career Story: Once Papptio joined Gov he started as a rookie not knowing anything but frankie armani taught him how to act professional and how to act like a leader. Then he taught how to 10-15 after that he then started going to store robberies and process an actual 10-15 from a store robbery. The person that Pappito ended up arresting was one of his old gang member so he gave him two option one of the option was to give intel about the gang and he'll set him free and the second option was he would be in prison for life, so he decided to go with the first option. so then he got intel about the gang so he shared it with frankie to help catch the rest of them and clean the streets.
Outcomes:
1 Pappito can take bribes to let people go and to give information to people (up to 100k)
2 Pappito can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (off duty)
3 Pappito is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
