Sorry to make this complaint. But sir, you can clearly see that I have no CR at all . That guy totally hit me with the car twice intentionally.
He do VDM to me . At first that was an accident not a CR you can clearly see that sir . As soon as we mistakenly hit each other I immediately started going from the side but he still tried to me hit again by reversing the car
Why did I got punishment for ? I did nothing. We both got punishment for CR. Is
I did nothing and he continuously rammed me . Is it fair that I got the punishment?
There isn't my fault.

All this for 90 minutes jail? You clearly crashed your car into him, regardless of intent? Just because you report a rule break doesn't make you immune to rule breaking.

Did I crashed the car?
I was literally driving on the perfect lane. That guy was standing at the wrong lane, and that's my fault?
If the car is crashed that's a total IC situation, it's an accident. Even after crashing I going on my side only but instead of the other guy going on his lane he crashed me again.
If agree your point- He totally hit me two times with the car which is called (VDM) did you punish him for that situation? Sorry to say brother but you just punished both of us by only seeing the first 4 seconds . You didn't watch the full situation.
If someone is standing at the wrong lane in the middle of the road while I am turning is not called crashing it's called accident.
It's not about the 90 minutes brother it's about the fair decision. That guy VDM me and still I am getting punishment for no reason.

I really appreciate your time that you took to clarify me but I will let handle this situation to the higher authorities. Thank You .
