Life Story:
Teshin OvO was born into a renowned family. His father Hunhow OvO leader of a private military company, Orokin Empire, operates mostly in Asia with Russia. Behind the PMC they were running a big drugs and money laundering business. All the drugs that were getting into Asia were by their hand. At a young age, Teshin only knew about the PMC business and he was very determined to be a great leader as his father, Soon his father granted his wish to be trained in various CQC ( Close quarters combat ) and later on in weapons. Soon he became good in hand-to-hand combat and a great marksman. On Teshins 18th birthday his father surprised him with an offer to join the OWL division run by his uncle. And he gladly accepted it. That's when he learned about the family business's dark side. But he never wanted to disappoint his father so he works right beside him. Under his uncle's wing, he learned about how to run and operate a special force. Soon disaster struck, Teshin lost his uncle in a covert mission. Teshin was devastated by losing his mentor. But his father was noticed his leadership skills, soon he was chosen to be the head of the OWL division. But after a few years, their entire empire collapsed because of the betrayal of his father's business partners. Before Hunhow died to save Teshins, Hunhow sent him to Los Santos, far away from the dark past.
Career Story:
Teshin was devastated after losing his father. But to have a better future he tried to forget about his past. He began to think about how to use his skills to earn. At first, he tried to become a bodyguard for hire but saw every rich guy prefers an ex-law agent. Then he turned towards crime and became a member of Los Santos Vagos. But he never liked the messy gang life he always believed in discipline and order. So decided to leave them as well. While roaming the streets he heard the Los Santos Police Department hiring people. So he gave it a shot and because of his great skills he was hired as a patrol officer. Because of his great effort and efficiency soon he caught the eye of the COS of LSPD SWAT Department. And later on, he was taken in as a watch commander of SWAT. From that point, he never had to look back. Because of his great leadership skills, he was offered Head of Department in a short time. With great power comes great responsibility. He built up a good reputation as a good HOD. Soon after he got transferred to FIB to take over Special Anti-Terrorist Unit. But here he found out how corrupt the city was from its core. From Government officials to low-ranked police officers were involved in corruption in one way or another. With his newly found power, he embraced the city as it was, corrupted and unfair, and became a part of it.
Outcomes:
1- Teshin can take bribes ( up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribes).
2- Teshin can break IC Laws and be able to use his position in FIB.
3- Teshin can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.
4- Teshin can arrest anyone he feels annoyed by or finds any violations in the law. ( with an IC reason )
