Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

When there is an event, e.g, a gun/store robbery, raids...or any situation in the ghetto that requires the presence of state orgs such as a hostage situation, it is not considered patrolling when Leo(s) on the way to the situation or on the way out. ID 164142 is there for respond to Hostage situation​

Previously reviewing Admin made the correct decision
5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers.
State Rule 5.5 clearly states 'Patrol' and based on the POV it is clear that the officer was not 'Patrolling' alone. He went there to attend a situation which can also be seen in the POV. Therefore, he was simply fulfilling his duty as a law enforcement officer, which is to protect citizens.​
