There is this game mechanic in the server with the use of drugs. When you use drugs then you will get healed to full HP. In this case Pan did do drugs as you can see in the pov. The result to him doing drugs is him healing to 100hp again. After Pan became 100HP he decided to become a absolute top tier clapper and kill you. mad cuz bad. womp womp
