I don't know how he accept the pov 11 Seconds and in the rules you need 1 minute POV everyone know that
and this person he insult me and he don't post the full POV
I also posted a video of him insulting me and he did not take any punishment
I know the Rules apply to everyone not just one person

and you can see how he insult me

You were punished correctly
Based on the proof you provided ID 121117 will be punished for Gen rule 3.1 and Gen rule 3.2​
