Approved VDM & unnecessary fine | ID 327288 & 388609

VDM by a police and went on like nothing happened lol.. + My car was in this parking lot at farm 1.. Theres no way to park there This guy fined me, for no reason + he's in a mustang ??, does PD, have cars like this for undercover?? There isn't any other place, to park cars there.... Everybody normally parks there and when you park outside that spot, you normally get a fine.... But I was standing around a good spot, which is unnecessary for a fine.

no.1 its is an illegal parking as per penal code and that was not VDM i hit you by mistake I told sorry also
