The thread owner made a complaint on me for breaking GZ 1.1 rule however he made the same rule break + PG
the admin who concluded the thread punished him for PG only + he only gave him demorgan instead of warning

From your admin application - " I want to become an admin because I want to increase the quality of RP and make sure no one breaks the rules". You should probably start by actually learning the rules before you try to enforce them.
