Dear Sir,

I previously got banned for 6.3 on 04/07/2024 00:00 by Dom Salvatore. The ban was for 59 days and today after 59days I am trying to relog in my account, but I saw I have another exactly same ban from Sam Pluxury on 16/07/2024 00:00.

I was unable to login from my account for 59 days and was already going through my punishment, then how can I get the same punishment again for not doing anything?

I accept money wipe from my account if required.
