2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been running leadership in many other organizations and family. I have much knowledge as a High Command and experience in Gangs and I have to use my experience as leader and I will compete my term without any rule break. I wont let rule breaks in my organization even if my members would do it I will teach them what is right or what is wrong .
2.2 As a leader I won't do favoritism and treat everyone equally. i will make a High Command team with people who is respectful others and have good communication and I wont let anyone do favoritism who is really deserve ranks will get it .As a leader my goal will be to have an active gang and as a team we will participate in every event without any rule break. And if we win any situation then people who attend every possible event will get maximum bonuses , to encourage them to attend more number of events.
2.3 I will be a leader who is teaching people about city and crime and I'm doing it very well as well I like to teach people as a future leaders. And I will make families HQ as a home for all gangsters in city and let them dominate ghetto and rob people. And I will make Graffiti team so we will get max profit .
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Expanding RP in RP situation's like store's and hostage's by negotiating with LEO's. We will do hostages as many as we can do. And we will do stores daily. will try my best to keep my gang Families on top by serving best leadership in every way possible. And I will make that High Command those have knowledge about the rule. And I will help people in ghetto and highway robberies and I will teach them how to do RP in that situation Because sometimes as you know most people don't know fail RP or fear RP they break that rule I will teach them properly.
