Dear Pablo,
I hope you're doing well. I was initially banned for 60 days due to using a bot for mining, and I totally understand why that happened. I was ready to serve the punishment, however, shortly after, my account was permanently banned without any further explanation. So I'm writing to ask for a reconsideration of my permanent ban.

I’m honestly confused because I didn’t do anything else after the initial ban. I’ve learned my lesson and just want a chance to get back into the game. I really enjoy being part of the community, and if you could lift the permanent ban, I promise to follow the rules and avoid any mistakes in the future.
