Mickey's Background and Journey to Los Santos:
Mickey was born in India in a tough neighborhood where conflict and hostility were a daily routine. In his street, nobody was kind, and people were constantly fighting or shouting at each other. His brothers weren't good to him either, and this environment fueled Mickey's anger issues. Fed up with the toxic surroundings, Mickey decided he needed to leave and start fresh, so he moved to Los Santos.
When Mickey first arrived, he spent his time exploring the city and earning money through legitimate means. However, after some time, he stumbled upon a notorious area called the Ghetto. There, he witnessed people killing each other in cold blood, and his curiosity led him to discover a hidden black market where guns were sold. Fascinated and enticed by this dark side of the city, Mickey started buying weapons, particularly favoring a revolver due to his natural skill with it. He frequently entered the Ghetto, using his newfound talent to take down others. Eventually, his actions caught the attention of law enforcement, and he was arrested by FIB officers for carrying illegal weapons. This angered Mickey, and after his release, he sought refuge with a gang, spending several months involved in gang activities before eventually moving to the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP).
Career Story:
Mickey's gang life was filled with twists and turns. He started with the Bloods, a red gang where he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a high command member in just two weeks. However, when the Bloods' leader stopped leading, Mickey switched to the Marabunta, a blue gang, where he became an under deputy. It was here that Mickey honed valuable skills such as properly executing robberies, negotiating with police while holding hostages, and exploiting the mistakes of law enforcement officers. He enjoyed mocking the cops' errors, which fueled his arrogance and confidence.
After spending some time with the Marabunta, Mickey moved to the Vagos, a yellow gang where he had the most fun. He quickly ascended to the role of under deputy and found it easy to negotiate with the police. One of his most notorious acts was kidnapping the leader of the SAHP and holding him hostage. Mickey was proud of his gang career, but an internal conflict with a fellow gang member of the same rank led to a heated fight and death threats. Disillusioned, Mickey left the gang scene.
Seeing the SAHP as a new opportunity, Mickey leveraged his contacts and easily secured a high command position. He enjoyed his time at SAHP and made a close friend named Molu, who was the Assistant Sheriff. After the Sheriff passed away, Molu was elected as the new Sheriff, and Mickey thrived in his role, eventually becoming Assistant Sheriff himself. He gained valuable experience and later moved to the FIB and the LSPD, where he served in a high command role as COS.
Mickey’s career took another turn when he learned that his friend had become the Governor. Seeing an opportunity, Mickey’s ambition and greed grew, and he found himself drawn to corruption, believing it was the best time to exploit his position with his powerful ally now in office.

2) Mickey can carry illegal items, including guns, drugs, and armor.
3) Mickey can carry his ID and portable radio while off duty
4) Mickey can take money and guns in exchange for releasing a suspect. (Money upto 100k)
5) Mickey can snatch and destroy the bodycam of a suspect while engaging in corrupt activities by using /try commands (following general rule 6.1).
6) Mickey can kidnap or kill any officer or citizen who witnesses his corrupt actions.

8) Mickey can sell weapons that he got from suspect or illegal weapons in black market (not org weapons/stuff)
