My PC was recently checked by Eray Black and I received a 60-day ban due to the use of macros. However, I would like to explain that the macros I use are essential for my regular work, which involves tasks such as drafting emails, developing strategies for platforms like Stake, and managing financial data. Macros are a crucial part of my workflow, especially when using advanced Excel functions for creating financial and audit reports.
As a result, I was banned under GR 4.1 for 60 days. This is my first ban, and I want to clarify that I do not use macros in games — they are strictly for my work purposes. Without them, I am unable to perform my job effectively.
I kindly request that you reconsider this ban and lift the restriction on my account. I hope you understand my situation and my sincere request to resolve this issue.
