Dear Sir this not about vehicle thief about RP and bug abuse . how they steal the car when the car is flooting in to the water like in this POV. it cant be possible non sense sir. i think it was bug abuse or something idk but im sure how to steal the car if the car was in the river . pls making fair for me sir thanks u for reading.
