so he fought back and fired shots at him? no he didnt...and he put his gun away while running the opposite way and got shot in the back while following demands and you and he started shooting while counting down after litterally 1 second.... and he was waiting for informal to start?

by roleplaying...you clearly dont know what that means... and if you didnt kill him why did he end up dead? obviously you cant kill him 1 shot... after 5 seconds of him not listening your allowed to shoot. since you havent read any rules heres another one you broke
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
" if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them" not shoot before 5 seconds

yeah your right then started shooting after 1 second... you understand how the rule works right? how is he supposed to rp the situtation in less than a second? and how did he get shot in the back if he didnt turn to leave and listen to demands? your supposed to say " you have 5 seconds to leave 5-4-3-2-1" then shoot... not "you have 5 seconds to leave 5-4" then start shooting... sorry it doesnt work like that
