The Suspect, has taken Items from the armoury before and has done so again before asking to get fired, I wanted to deal with the situation IC but due to the fact that its more complicated to get justice IC i was told to refer to the forums. I have personally told the suspect that he is to return the items at once and up until now i haven't gotten a response so i Believe what he did was blatant and he had full knowledge. 2 days prior a state wave was sent out by a Admin stating that all items should be returned to the rightfull organisation, Failüre to do so can lead to break Gen Rule 6.3. Below are 2 images indicating his wrong doing, the first time he got caught taking weapoms off duty and now taking more and then asking to get fired.
