During the military base incident, my computer froze due to my internet connection and I was banned because I did not die even though they shot at me at that time. If I had used cheating, I would have shot that guy anyway, and also, if I had used cheating, I wouldn't have died a few seconds later. This is proof that I'm not using any cheats and my game seems to be frozen because the voices of people speaking on the radio are cut off. I want my ban to be removed, please help.
