The situation is explained the the first forum report, I was talking to my family member, this guy spawned in, tried to move her to another cell, and that's the short version, however I don't exactly understand how I got punishment for mixing even though he is the one who called out my ID and kept saying forums and I said What's that, I'm concerned about my punishment history since I'm interested in joining the admin team myself as seen in one of my previous applications.

mute does not affect punishment history for admin join
also 389239 will get one more warn taking in consideration all his actions and violations
