Dear Alex,
Greetings of the Day I just wanted to wish you well in case you have not heard from me in a while. I am writing this letter to personally apologize for my misconduct in the server that got me banned. I can see now that I violated the rules that the server had put in place and for that I’m sorry.
I personally like being here and appreciate the fact that there is the existence of Role Playing. If provided another opportunity I shall ensure that I conform to every rule of the server as well as ensure that am a positive role model in the community. I ask to lift the ban and would like to prove myself as a responsible player and observe all the rules on the server.
I am formally appealing to you as a complainant and hope you will consider my appeal. Thank you kindly for sparing your valuable time and patience and I can only remain optimistic an outcome shall turn out in my favor.
