Do you even know what General Rule 6.2 is? We were in an RP situation with that guy who was in FIB who was being fired and arrested. All of us were in the situation. One of us was supposed to take him to the DOC when he was accidentally uncuffed. He ran away, we chased him, and instead of continuing RP he left the city. THATS what he did. That’s not an illegal rule, you can’t leave an RP situation by leaving the game.
