I wanted to discuss this matter with Jessica in private, but since I don't know your superiors, I will bring this matter to the attention of your direct superiors, and I want to know what that IC Experience means for which you rejected my application.
I also tried to contact you privately, but I don't know why, as the curator of our organization, you have a hard time answering messages and even make me think that you treat us with serious indifference.
I want to know what my lack of experience in the city is, which made you reject my application.

IC Experience​

I am a person who has been working in this city for 20 years, only as a doctor and in management positions for over 10 years.
How can such a person be considered as having no experience in the city?
I want to emphasize that the moment you ask citizens to have experience in the city, in other organizations different from the organization to which they apply, is a mistake and I can say that this is not even Roleplay, in reality you will not ask a doctor to have experience as a policeman, government employee, gangster just to take over management positions in the hospital. Wrong, wrong, wrong!
It's not the fact that my application was rejected that bothers me, but you curators rejecting good people based on lack of experience in other organizations, this is wrong and has no logic!
