Life Story:
Rowdy Shakespeare grew up by the brutality of childhood as he was born into a rough, corrupt neighbourhood. Due to the injustice and misery he experienced as a child, he frequently wandered into forbidden area in order to protect himself. Inspired by a need for excitement and a desire for instant cash, he committed crimes including car theft and fraud during his teens, showing a reckless disrespect for the law. But after nearly getting detained, he was forced to face consequences of his behaviour. Rowdy made a deal with the police, betraying his old friends and turning to a snitch in order to evade from jail. He had knowledge of the internal operations of law enforcement from his involvement as an informant, which created his desire for further power and ambition. Rowdy always wanted to make a name for himself, and the only way he thought he can do this is by fulfilling his greediness and selfishness within state organizations for his own monetary benefits.
Career Story:
Rowdy ambition to be stronger started with training at LSPD school and worked his way to climb ranks at various fields and improve his skill sets on the way. He definitely had criminal tendencies and aspirations until he got in a situation that made him realize he had come close to being arrested. Rowdy just ended up cutting a deal with the cops and became an informant of the police so as not to be imprisoned and thereby help the police catch his former partners in crime. Full of awe by his experiences and guts to know the secrets of the streets, the police proposed the chance of joining the force to Rowdy. He agreed to the proposal having thought that it was an opportunity for him to quit his life of crime and reform. Rowdy however had done well in his duty as a cop and even used his position to become one of the best ranked officers. His corruption increased and he became more of a criminal than a policeman as he strayed on the thin line between the law enforcement and criminals. This is a clear indication that corruption is capable of thrashing anyone and nobody is immune to it especially when power and money are at stake, as Rowdy realized when he was arrested by his own crew.
Outcomes:
1. Rowdy can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rowdy can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Rowdy can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Rowdy can leak information and also he can torture/interrogate for information from anyone ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5. Rowdy can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification..
6. Rowdy can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Rowdy can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Rowdy can use XXX guns and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. ( No org weapons )
9. Rowdy can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
