Backstory:

Having just landed in the city, Can and his friends spent a long time wandering around where people gathered and learning about the city. As they learned more about the city, they started doing small, illegal activities that would make a noise and create a reputation. As they started to make themselves heard, they came across the old Kaos team. In addition to the Kaos team, they also encountered members of Noxus and they grew in numbers. United under the name of Kaos, this powerful and unstoppable team was ready to take on anyone in the city with their experience. Consisting of 3 separate allies, this Kaos family wanted to distribute tasks and control all evil. 1 team dealt with trade, 1 team dealt with illegal warfare, and the last team agreed to expand the family and gain land. They would go to any lengths to control all the city's businesses and powerful men.
