1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
There are a plethora of reasons that I would appreciate my inclusion on the admin team, many of these reasons are rather mundane but a select few are very cardinal, these paramounting reasons are going to be the ones I cover today. The principal reason that surges above the others would have to be the increase of rule breaks the server has been seeing. It irks me to see newcomers experience a bad first impression of this wonderful server that has copious amounts of content to enjoy; unfortunately many people often leave the server after one bad experience. If I do become admin I will be sure to give fair and just punishments, but assure I stay stern and enforce the rules accordingly. A less salient reason would be that I am finding it less enjoyable to engage in rp, it would be very refreshing to change it up for once as I have spent my years completing all the large and smaller, more tedious tasks the server has to offer.

3. What are your strengths?
I have many strengths that assist me in not only life, but in the situations I'm placed in while playing this video game. My first, very important, skill would have to be my decisiveness. This skill is very beneficial because I don't spend time messing around and make decisions on the spot that are usually effective. My second skill would have to be my quick learning skill. This skill is very beneficial for all aspects of my life as it allows me to pick up on subtle details when a broader picture is being painted. This skill is not only useful for learning a subject but also applying the subject. Lastly I am a very calm, and collected individual that does not let biases interfere with justice. This skill is very important especially when holding a position of power. If you are a hotheaded, easily angered person, your judgment can be skewed by a cloud of anger causing you to give unfair, and unjust punishments. These are just a select three of the many strengths I possess.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Although I have many strengths, no one is ever perfect, and I am no exception. Here are a few of my weaknesses. My first weakness would be my trouble with delegating work, when I am provided with a task I trust no one fully, but myself to complete the task properly. Secondly, although I feel as if I am a decisive person, at times I can find myself getting drowned by the details of a situation rather than trusting my gut instinct. My final weakness would be the trouble I've had asking for help from others. I am working on this weakness and leaving my comfort zone remembering there are no bad questions. Although I can tell myself this, in the past I have been afraid of going for help.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
There are many different skills I have that would be of use to the admin team, here are the important few. Firstly I am very responsive and would be active during the evening to night times of the server. Tickets would be my number one priority ensuring everyone has their questions and concerns answered as swiftly as possible. Another one of my top priorities would be hosting events in the times that are more inactive for the admin team (late night).
