Chasing Vagos members after robbery when they start going offroad. 3 cars at the start can be seen going off road / jumps. At the end one truck goes off a jump and another sultan goes up a mountain. I tried to get close to the sultan for his ID but couldn't.

Surely such a large, longstanding gang with proficient leaders like Vagos wouldn't want their members to rule break so blatantly!
