Life Story:
Speedy was born in India and moved to Los Santos at just the age of 5. His life was progressing smoothly, and he had a clear goal: to become a police officer. Speedy was diligently preparing for his academy entrance exams, and after much effort, he successfully passed with excellent marks.
One day, some mischievous boys started bullying and harassing Speedy. They began threatening and ragging him. Speedy felt helpless and became depressed and isolated. He couldn’t focus on his studies, and dark thoughts started to cloud his mind. He even started taking drugs and alcohols. However, everything changed when he met the love of his life.
She urging Speedy not to take such a drastic step because life is precious. She encouraged Speedy to focus on his studies. Speedy finally managed to take the final exam of the academy and became a Rookie at LSPD.
Career Story:
Speedy's time in LSPD was going good until he met the bullies again. This time, they were senior officers than Speedy. They again didn't hesitate to bully Speedy. But this time, Speedy had his colleagues by him who helped Speedy to teach the bullies lessons.
Speedy's colleagues took the bullies to a patrol around the city and took them to an ally. Here Speedy found out that his colleagues were corrupt and was able to torture the bullies which taught them not to bully anyone especially when he or she has friends like them.
But this victory led him down a dark path. Speedy started taking drugs and drinking alcohol again. He began smuggling from within the department and starting his own black market business. As a police officer, he committed crimes with impunity, operating so discreetly that no one could catch him.
Outcomes:
1. Speedy can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Speedy can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Speedy can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Speedy can leak information and also he can torture/interrogate for information from anyone ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5. Speedy can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification..
6. Speedy can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Speedy can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Speedy can use XXX guns and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. ( No org weapons )
9. Speedy can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
10. Speedy can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
