The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The Minister of the LOS SANTOS is here for a meeting with some people and LEOs will guard this area against any intruders or terrorists. The gangs have will get intel from some corrupt officers and want to take the minister hostage. Gangs will attack this area and they will try to take the minister. If the gangs take the minister, they will win. If the Leos manage to guard the minister and stand against this attack, they will win.
Gangs will start on ballas HQ and have to drive cars to capitol to attack and take minister who will be located at governors room.

Admin Requirements:
TP and give guns and spawn cars - Jugulars
Rules of the event:
no armors
no juices
Prize for the winner:
150k split amongst winners.
