2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this particular organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
-I passed every possible rank and I know exactly what all agents need in order to progress and to enjoy RP as FIB agents
- I would be strict regarding the behavior and attitude of agents towards colleagues, other organizations and especially towards citizens.
- I was co-leader of the most successful FIB and in that FIB I learned every possible detail about this organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Regarding the organization itself, I would change everything from the roots and add a lot of new ranks and responsibilities
- I would change the duties and jobs of 00 agents, thus only the most professional and knowledgeable could get that rank.
-Good knowledge of the rules is the basis for entering the FIB-Which would further mean that not everyone could become an FIB agent.
- I would not tolerate toxicity and would punish it with the strictest measure.
- I would teach each agent my job and help them in their advancement.
- I would add a lot of debt to the lower ranks to make it interesting for them.
- Agents must be polite and should not fall under the pressure of calling out criminals, which increases the quality of RP.
- I would raise the communication between other state organizations to the highest possible level for the reason that people know me as a person who does not want even the smallest argument with anyone and I am always ready for any kind of compromise.
