2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I started playing on this project 2 years ago and since my very first day of joining any organisation I only preferred to join state orgs because of the high level of roleplay and great experience. I have joined almost all state orgs and know about their functioning as I have remained HC in many state orgs. Before 1-2 months ago when I was a new player in city 3 I joined government and got so quick rankup because of my hardwork and dedication towards my work. Also I have been in gangs as HC and know as I have experience of both the orgs I am well aware that how will both the orgs will do actions in any kind of situation. I am also aware of every rule and regulations of the state and I person strictly follow all the rules in any kind of situation and because of this experience I got the confidence to apply the application and being ready to be a leader of such a wonderful organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i) All day patrolling.
ii) Attending all the situations.
iii) Encouraging more and more people to join and make it a very active organisation.
iv) Active High commands.
v) Regular training and bonuses.
vi) Regular arena visits for employees so that they are perfect at shooting.
vii) Regular promotions.
