Hello,
I recently opened a forum post, and believe I was punished unfairly due to the RP situation.

ID 416168(me) received a punishment for GR 3.2 + Mixing + CR + UB Driving + RDM + GR 6.17

I take fault for GR 3.2, However i was being provoked prior to the scene by the guys with insults.

Upon closer inspection by me, I was not mixing. I talked maybe 3 times in each clip, and I’m requesting a closer review on this.

Due to me being rammed, Followed, shot at, I was forced to crash into things to avoid death. I would do the same thing in real life. The same explanation goes for the “UB Driving” punishment I received. If you’re getting shot at in real life, would you not drive frantically to get away?

Due to the attempt on my life with firearms, I shot the aggressors following me. Upon killing the aggressor, he bug abused to kill me again, and was the one Mixing at the end of the second proof video.

6.17, I was informed that I should use OVERWOLF to record my POV’s a by a server admin, I request that this punishment be taken away aswell.

In conclusion, I don’t believe I deserve any punishment for this situation, and request a second review by another moderator.

I refreshed what mixing looks like now, But I don’t see how it applies to this. I was being griefed, it was obviously Fail RP and a situation that needed admins to step in. I don’t think I should be punished for mixing.

and after checked your pov you also said the F word.
And you are still asking why did you get punish for Mixing ?
In total I am gived you 40 days for all rulebreak + your old ban
You are clearly deserved your all punish from my side. Last desicion upto alex or james
