You can see in my pov request that he gave the POV with an account names jameswa which was on 9th January of this year 2024 and his ID is 75703 in his main acc which was banned as he did racism after he did not had anything else to cover up his 9-2 defeat in a 2v2 and 75703 is a very old ID clearly not 9 months old and now he is playing from his twink acc 102317 so I checked his forum and turns out that his main forum account is banned if you check you can also find a forum named smokin which was created on 31 December 2021 I will leave one forum link so that you can see he did not knew how to appeal for a removal of warn and you can check other forums too on his.
