In OOC I am a software engineer, and run my small social media marketing company. As my time is not going good, for me everything is going against me in life, while trying to fix that, I am mentally exhausted. Playing here keeps my mind calm, and helps me to face the current situation in life. There are a lot of friends here whom I talk to daily about my IC and OOC. Everything was going fine for last month, and I did the terrible thing yesterday, to keep my character active, and fall asleep while trying to help my son sleep.

Please understand my situation, and forgive me this one time, it will never happen again, I always try to follow the rules that I know of, one mistake I made and I am getting punished for it, Please forgive me as this is my first mistake and I will adhere to the rules from now on.

I think everyone deserve a second chance in life. If I will be on ban I will lost my Battle Pass progression, and that will hurt me a lot and break my motivation to play further, as I took it seriously and giving my most of the play time on it. Hope you understand my situation and unban me.
