in American , Mohammed abi , 11 years old, killed two young children by strangling them within two months. Her background was from a broken home so she was a teenager with a sex worker, father and an active criminal. When the police detained her and her partner, Norma Bell, while she was not her sister, shortly after she committed the second murder, Mohammed said on trial, “What I did is good for me.” Norma was dazed. On the other hand, Mohammed was said to exhibit defiant spirit and no sense of remorse. Career Story: Mohammed decided to join FIB ,he started as a rookie not knowing anything but Dave Scofield taught him how to act professional . Then he taught how to 10-15 after that he then started going to store robberies and process an actual 10-15 from a store robbery. The person that Pappito ended up arresting was one of his old gang member so he gave him two option one of the option was to give intel about the gang and he'll set him free and the second option was he would be in prison for life, so he decided to go with the first option. so then he got intel about the gang so he shared it with Mad vearless to help catch the rest of them and clean the streets.
Outcomes:
1 Mohammed can take bribes to let people go and to give information to people (up to 100k)
2 Mohammed can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (off duty)
3 mohammed is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
4 Mohammed can use torture/pay to get information out of 10-15s (/try can only be used 2x per situation) (No UB)
5 When Mohammed searches someone they can ask them to drop their illegal items and keep and use for his self
6 Mohammed is able to try to break bodycams of people. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
