Hello, my last appeal was denied but I'm not sure why. My account was literally HACKED and the technical support that I made was approved. This isn't the first time that it happens either and both times I was able to regain access. If possible, could I get some more info on this, please.

general rules 1.2 - read
if after 1st time u have not made anything to secure ur account (as example used 2fa which is available for all players) then there is no sense to unban u for 3-rd 4th etc time
this account will not be unbanned for multiple violations
and if you will continue to spam topics on this subject your forum account will be perm banned to
