1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
After playing EN1 for more than 3 years i have experienced almost everything there is to experience which has allowed me to acquire the necessary amount of knowledge and experience an admin needs to have. During my time playing on this server i have participated in both the crime side and the legal side which has allowed me to gain experience of how each org works on both sides and the different rules that both sides must follow. Aside from the different organizations in the city i have also participated in different activities that take part in the server like completing battle pass tasks, races, seasonal events, trading items and many more. I would like to leave RP-life and become an admin because i feel like i have completed everything ive wanted to do in the server and its getting a bit repetitive for me now so i would like to take on a new task and help new players with their experience in the server. To go into a bit more detail i have been a part of multiple families who have all had similar goals of being the best family in skill, money and events. I have helped other people with their terms in both gangs and legal orgs by taking on tasks of such as leading events, recruiting new members and providing a good level of rp for the other organizations. After doing this for a while i would like to use this experience and knowledge to help other players which i know i will do a good job at. As an admin i would like to start off by helping new players with questions they have about the server and also with any problems they encounter along the way. Once i have done this i would like to take the next step of taking curatorship of a gang, i would like to help make sure the gang is running smoothly by using my experience as a gang leader and deputy to make sure the current leader is taking care of his gang well as well as making sure requirements are met to a good standard. After seeing multiple gang leaders disband due to reaching multiple warnings i would encourage the gang im curating to take certain steps to ensure they dont disband. I would also make sure forum reports are checked regularly by me to ensure players are getting justice as soon as possible and to also resolve different situations.

5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Being a player who has played on this server for longer than 3 years i have the necessary experience and knowledge needed to help new players who are struggling to understand how things work or how to accomplish something on this server. I have also witnessed a lot of changes in this server and have kept myself up to date with the changes to server activities and also the non-official rules which i can use to help players that have questions about changes or about different rules. My experience in legal organizations especially FIB will allow me to help players who are having problems with players and also with any questions they have. Also since i have spent most of my time in crime organizations i can be of great help to the players that are having trouble understanding how things work and any questions they have about the rules. One of the biggest things i can help contribute to the admin team is my knowledge about gang turfs. I have participated in gang turfs from the time Bobby Pluxury was the senior crime admin until now where Mohammed Pluxury is the senior crime admin. I have completed 5 100% turf seasons which was only possible because of my skill and knowledge on the turf rules which i believe can be of good use in the admin team. I previously used my knowledge and experience in turfs to help previous turf curators who never had any experience in turfs and were unsure of the rules, i helped them with any questions they had or any thing they seemed to get wrong so i know i can do a good job. Overall my experience as a player and in both crime and legal organizations will allow me to help players across all sides and will allow me to take the correct decisions since crime organizations have their own rules and requirements and legal orgs have their own rules and requirements

I recently got a 30 day ban for 'misinforming players about a non official rule'. This punishment was removed on the same day since i was correct about informing my gang members that they can rob any item that shows when they use the org function to search someone while robbing them. This punishment helps prove that i want to help players who have confusion about certain rules.
I would also like you to take into the consideration that i have been playing the server actively for 3 years and have been participating in crime organizations for most of my time so i know i have gotten punishments along the way but i would like you to know that for most of my punishments it was not intentional and i happened to make some mistakes along the way which helped me to learn more about the rules.
