Rejected 10k day ban

hello im sorry if im in the wrong spot but i have looked countless times for account recovery option and cannot find it for the life of me .....i have been banned for 10k days......unaware that i was unable too send money too my twink... .....is there any possibility that i can somehow have my account wiped or deactivated so i would be able too continue playing grand rp....as i have also hit my limit and am unable too use a new account on server 3 ...i tried too make a new account but was unsuccessful in playing..........i fully intend too follow the game rules and respect this system ....i just want too be able too play again ....i have no problem restarting ....i love Grand RP....please help if possible.......Thankyou for you time -jonathon
