I have been a part of Lifeinvader for a long time, and during this period, I have encountered many positive and negative experiences. Throughout my time here, I have closely followed the developments in this organization. Compared to other leaders, I want to initiate a new era in Lifeinvader.
I aim to ensure that Lifeinvader remains innovative and dynamic, always connecting people with different and creative plans rather than staying passive like other organizations. I am committed to ensuring that employees stay highly motivated while working within the organization.
Whenever help is needed, I will do my best to foster a strong work ethic in the organization. I believe I will have a successful term with my dedicated and talented team, and I want people to think positively of me as a leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Creative Team:
I will avoid hiring an excessive number of employees for the Creative Team. Because the larger the team, the higher the likelihood of issues arising. Even if the number of employees is small, I will ensure that each one fulfills their role effectively. I want to create enjoyable environments for the city’s residents by designing new and innovative events.
Journalism Team:
There are multiple good and bad situations occurring in our city, and more than half of these events are forgotten. Many people in the city are fighting for their rights due to this. I want to ensure that these events are communicated transparently and clearly to the people of Los Santos. As the Journalism Team, we aim to become the voice of those who seek justice without favoring anyone, making sure their voices are heard across Los Santos and to the entire government. I will do my best to improve the quality of this department.
Ads Team:
One of the teams that concerns all the citizens and faces the most issues is the Ads Team. People want their ads to be published immediately and correctly. During the night, people have to wait even longer for their ads to be processed. I plan to always have staff available for PDA cleaning and to ensure that all employees work efficiently and consistently.
Let it be remembered: Lifeinvader always aims to keep the city's fun and happiness at the top.
