There was a car of (Player 153173) inside Vagos HQ boundary so I said him to Remove his personal car from HQ so he said it is outside HQ only then I was telling him that The Vagos HQ boundary is from here to there so he said that show me your passport in foreign language then I showed him my passport then he broke GR rule 3.3 he use Foreign Language inside HQ boundary+ he insulted me in Foreign language inside HQ boundary only. Then he ran away so I came to him and said show me your passport also so he said after it that bro I will become genral of NG after 2 days then I will see you I will remember your ID so I ignored him and then asked from a adminstrator as what rule break I can refer it so he said it will come in Metagaming.
