First thing if someone is talking on Discord
The person's voice is supposed to be existing, for example if they are talking on a PC or phone, there will be a voice if it is weak
Look at this POV

Please listen properly. What he said should be in the person's voice, for example, if he is talking on Discord or whatever platform he uses or if he is talking to his brother, there should be a voice
If he is talking in a private room or VC . when he said the word: What .It's supposed to be in the sound.
