Rejected Police bs

Someone, please explain to me what I did wrong here. I die after someone crashes into me and one police officer starts shooting my body for a sec, then handcuff me and arrest me???? I asked them why and they did not answer me. Didn't even know they were there. I was heading to the hospital. cba
