The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
Since the arrest of one of the most notorious gang members in the city of Los Santos the security for the prisoner has increased which is why he now resides in a private prison on Cayo Perico island. After failing multiple attempts of breaking him free the Ballas gang have had enough and have planned one of the most infamous prison breaks the city of Los Santos has seen.
The event will start with LEOs and the prisoner starting inside the underground cells where the leos will be taking positions to protect the prisoner. Criminals will start on the Cayo Perico airport where they will take transport to drive towards the mansion. They will then try to infiltrate the underground complex, taking down leos and also trying to take out the prisoner alive. If criminals manage to take out the prisoner without needing to kill all LEOs they will win the event. If they manage to kill all LEOs and take out the prisoner then they will also win. If LEOs manage to kill all criminals they will win. The prisoner will be handcuffed and every criminal participating will be given a lockpick to free him if they get a chance to.

Vehicles/Weapons needed:
Kamachos for gangs to drive from Cayo Perico airport to the mansion
Thompson Light Machine gun for both sides
Admin Requirements:
Spawn both sides at the specified location
Spawn cars
Give guns and armor to both sides
If a senior admin is available they should change the character of all gang members and leos so its easy to differentiate between the two
Rules of the event:
No teaming
No personal guns
No team killing
LEOs cannot kill the prisoner
If criminals kill the prisoner they will lose
Prize for the winner:
$100,000 for each member on the winning side
