I was actually trying to solve this as ICly as possible. But seems like its not enough and i would like to appeal to specificly Senior Curator of GOV Nik Payne or more higher ups to look into this situation. There are some evidences screenshots of the conversations happened between me , SCJ Mohil and AG Krishna. You can still see them in GOV emails "Doj Chat and DOJ log of mine" if they didnt delete anything. Everything started because of a case happened between me and a NG soldier at DOC. Attorney General who was mostly not active and had 0 weekly work hours as you can see in the video within the case file "Evidence" part. All the sudden came out of nowhere and asked me the submit my bodycam and NG soldiers bodycam for no reason. And he told me that it was my duty to go to NG and get the evidence for him which is not true , you can see the conversations in my log within DOJ with relevant articles. I didnt ever insult them and i tried to explain as calmly as i can, while defending myself they accused me for disrespecting and misusing my lawyers license because i didnt do what was unlawfully asked. And they unlawfully suspended me for supposedly "investigation" without open a case file against me and i had suspension removed by the approval of SCJ (Not Mohil) and Governor. But now I am once again this time unlawfully globally blacklisted by them which they invalidated my lawyers license once again without legal proceedings per
"Code of Lawyers and Judicial Law 2.10 Definition and Rules for the Disbarring (Blacklisting) of a Lawyer.
2.10.1 Disbarring is the Revocation or Invalidation of a Lawyer's License and a Suspension of the Right to Renew or obtain a Lawyers License for a period of time but not exceeding 30-days.
a) No Lawyer may be Disbarred from holding a Lawyers License without due legal process unless the reason is explicitly stated within this Lawyers Code and all Lawyers have the right to defend any conduct and actions that have been performed in their professional capacity in Court and in the presence of a Judge.
b) A Lawyer may not be Disbarred from holding a Lawyers Licence for conduct or actions that are not part of the reasonably expected professional duties of a Lawyer (eg: may not be Disbarred for arbitrary reasons or actions that are not taken as a Lawyer). "
Now im currently globally blacklisted for 30 days without given an opportunity to defend myself in court. ( Probably they will try to complain something like i didnt show up even it was me who wanted to take it to court). And i still have my lawyers license which i still didnt use after unlawful invalidation. And now they are refusing to face me , they are refusing the court appearance document because they know what they have done. I was also called "Keep trying and you will end where all trash goes" by Mohil in doe-law-chat in GOV email which is indirect way of saying im a trash.
These people are not fit to be in those positions and Department of Justice should not be run by those 2 people. Since from the moment before i was attorney , there was only one real high command of DOJ who was active , who was taking classes , who was debating laws with us so it can be improved and issuing documents after i became an attorney and that person is Poppy Lasombra. The one who can run DOJ properly.
As i said i tried enough to solve it ICly but now i think it is time to leave decision to the higher ups.
