Hello,

I received a ban for using illegal redux couple weeks ago. I fully understand my mistake and have learned my lesson. I have removed Redux from my game, and you can see proof of this in the screenshots from my twink account I have provided. I assure you that I will never make such a serious mistake again. I am missing out on a lot in the game, like the Battle Pass and School Event, and it would mean a lot to me if you could reconsider and lift my ban.
