It's not a complaint!
i was doing car theft, So when i found that car, i saw there is no one, then i come out and i found myself with bugged with phone animation. in hurry moment i do the car theft, i was thinking phone bugged animation will be removed when i theft the car, but it was not. i dint do that intentionally.
