Yes I can also see as pilot was landing the helicopter near them due to railing or fence of the roof heli turns and leads to this accident. It was not done intentionally !!

When the buzzard crashed , there was no chenobog which crashed to it,
And crashing the chenobog on the roof was clearly a non rp driving
