2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Answer:
1. My experience provides me to the National Guard; with this skill, I can improve the various divisions of the National Guard by making them more interesting.
2. The second institution I was going to implement is a merit-based promotion system: merits are what I would use to ensure that ranks are awarded honestly, not based on time served, but on performance and commitment. I would also recommend that counter-surveillance rounds be run around the base to prevent agent tiredness after many hours of exhausting observation at the gate. For about one and a half years in this city, I learnt a great deal about the city, its regulations, and what was expected of a leader.
3. The third thing I'd like to do is assume a leadership role in the National Guard to help revitalize it. I also want the National Guard to look better and more attractive, with great bonuses, insurance, and other chances accessible through training.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Answer:
I aim to put my mind, body and soul into military operations with daily trainings that focuses on physical fitness and formations, increase gate interactivity, multi org training to make all orgs cooperate with each other and have internal trainings with all of the national guard divisions.
Departments
1. Air Force :
Keeping the National Guard in the skies. Their job is to ensure our pilots are fully trained and that all personnel are combat ready.
2. Recruitment Representative :
Recruitment Representatives in the National Guard helps in enlisting qualified individuals and to make sure they are trained properly to join the service.
3. Military Police :
They will be the internal agency who will take care of internal matters , such as checking proper discipline is maintained no corruption is taking place inside the org.
4. Special Forces :
The elite force of National Guard trained in fighting any type of danger for country in any field, they are airborne unit and also master divers.
5. Army Medical Corps :
The Corps plays a critical role in maintaining the health and combat readiness of military personnel, they provide the necessary medical treatment in both peacetime and wartime scenarios. They are doctors with Rifle and stethoscope .
6. Armored Corps :
They are the bunch of savage who deals with big toys , from tanks to missiles they have every thing with them to protect the base and their country.
